### **Key Responsibilities** * **End-to-End Project Leadership:** Act as the primary lead for multiple concurrent projects, facilitating collaboration between cross-functional stakeholders from initial requirement gathering through to final deployment. * **Process Automation:** Design, develop, and implement automation tools using **Python** and **Selenium** to eliminate manual efforts in testing, data collection, and operational workflows. * **Data Engineering & Architecture:** Transform large-scale unstructured data into structured SQL databases. Design efficient schemas and write complex queries to extract actionable datasets. * **Advanced Statistical Modeling:** Apply analytical approaches—including **Linear/Logistic Regression, Simple/Weighted Moving Averages, and Exponential Smoothing**—to tackle complex business problems and trend forecasting. * **Unstructured Data Processing:** Utilize **OCR (Tesseract)** and **NLP** techniques to extract data from PDFs, scanned images, and social media feeds for sentiment analysis and brand performance tracking. * **Visualization & Reporting:** Create high-fidelity dashboards in **AWS Quicksight** and **Excel Analytics**. Translate technical findings into "Masterful" PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews. * **Continuous Improvement:** Apply **Lean principles and DMAIC methodology** to refine operational metrics and improve model precision. ### ### **Technical Requirements** * **Programming:** Expert proficiency in **Python** (Flask, Selenium, Tesseract). * **Databases:** Strong command of **SQL** (MySQL) and data warehousing environments like **Amazon Redshift**. * **Analytics Tools:** Hands-on experience with **SPSS**, Excel Analytics, and Time Series forecasting. * **Cloud Infrastructure:** Proficient in the **AWS** ecosystem, specifically for data visualization and storage. * **Web Technologies:** Familiarity with HTML, CSS Selectors, and X-Path for web scraping and automation.
