You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify risks, evaluate business impact, and ensure preparedness for any disruptive events. ### Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans and procedures. * Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses. * Coordinate and lead BCP/DR testing exercises; identify gaps and recommend improvements. * Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. * Work with IT and business units to ensure systems and processes are resilient. * Maintain documentation and regularly update business continuity plans. * Provide training and awareness programs across the organization. * Serve as a key contact during actual disruptions or incidents. ### Requirements: * Proven experience in business continuity, risk management, or disaster recovery. * Strong understanding of BCP/DR frameworks. * ### Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and coordination abilities. * ### Relevant certification is a plus.
