We're hiring for a sales role at VerveSchool. This is not a script-reading job.
Key Responsibilities:
1\. Make outbound calls and introduce the product.
2\. Handle inbound and outbound queries and resolve doubts.
3\. Speak with prospects, understand their needs, and guide them through enrollment.
4\. Schedule calls or demos and follow up consistently.
5\. Update CRM with conversations and feedback.
6\. Work with the team to improve conversion rates.
If you need constant instructions, this won't work. If you're willing to learn, stay consistent, and improve, you'll do well here.
