JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
\* Connecting and Counseling working professionals for Career Development Programs.\* Cold calling the leads and database and convert to sales.\* Promoting management programs as per the profile of the candidate \* Maintaining connect with the candidates through meetings, calls and mailers. \* Maintaining Database and records of the candidates \* Achieving the assigned Targets on monthly basis.\* Following Pre and Post Sales procedures.\* Actively contribute as a team player to encourage sales.
