Business Development Associates

We are looking for Business Development Associates for STO Digital Finland. STO Digital is a business unit of Saana Tuotanto Oy based in Vantaa, Finland. We help businesses with websites, booking systems, CRM setup, e-commerce, digital marketing, website maintenance, custom software support, AI automation, and industry-specific digital requirements. We are looking to connect with people who can help us identify potential business opportunities, introduce us to decision-makers, and support client acquisition in Finland and the EU. This opportunity may be suitable for people with experience or interest in: Sales, business development, or client acquisition Digital marketing, IT services, software, websites, or automation B2B networking and relationship building Working with entrepreneurs, SMEs, startups, or local businesses Finding decision-makers and creating warm introductions LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, and follow-up communication Preferred skills: Good communication skills Professional attitude and follow-up discipline Ability to understand basic business needs English communication skills required Finnish language skills are a strong advantage Previous sales or customer-facing experience is preferred Existing business network in Finland is a plus For successful paid projects, we offer commission based on the project value.
