Conduct market research and school needs assessments to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities 4\. Gather structured feedback from schools and share actionable insights with the central team 5\. Present and position Koncept Global Books' educational solutions to support school development and learning outcomes 6\. Identify opportunities to expand existing school partnerships through value-added initiatives 7\. Analyze market intelligence, customer feedback, and sales data using MS Excel and CRM tools 8\. Collaborate with the sales, marketing, customer success, and school transformation teams to execute school engagement plans 9\. Represent the organization at school meetings, educational events, workshops, and conferences 10\.
