Generate and qualify leads through research, portals, cold calling, soft mailing, and follow-ups. 2\. Engage with CEOs, HR heads, compliance officers, and other senior stakeholders. 3\. Understand client needs and position compliance/skill development solutions effectively. 4\. Conduct meetings, presentations, and workshops with prospective clients. 5\. Collect, analyse, and manage client and candidate data for reporting and portal management. 6\. Stay updated with industry trends, compliance regulations, and competitor practices. 7\. Visit client sites as required for discussions and deal closures. 8\.
