Our ideal business development executive will be able to work with clients to give a presentation about our products/services, prepare sales proposals, follow up, and close deals with guidance. Key responsibilities: 1\. Meet prospective clients, including apartment associations, builders, and corporate procurement heads, to present the company's products and services and understand their requirements. 2\. Prepare and submit proposals, follow up with clients, and close sales deals. 3\. Prepare, review, and finalize contract agreements with customers. 4\. Generate leads and schedule appointments through cold calling. 5\.
