Identify and onboard new referral partners such as garages, petrol pumps, car/bike wash centers, automobile accessory shops, mechanics, finance agents, and other businesses connected with vehicle owners. 2\. Generate quality leads for Motor Insurance and General Insurance products. 3\. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and customers. 4\. Explain the company's services, claim support, and partner benefits. 5\. Conduct regular field visits and follow up with prospects and existing partners. 6\. Collect customer documents and assist in the insurance policy process. 7\. Meet assigned sales and business development targets. 8\. Experience in Sales, Marketing, Field Operations, Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services is an advantage. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
