The ideal candidate has experience in **business development, B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment setting**, preferably within the **Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industry**. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations with decision-makers, qualifying prospects, and generating sales opportunities for our AEC outsourcing services. ### Key Responsibilities * Identify and research potential **US-based AEC clients**. * Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting. * Contact prospects through **LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and other sales channels**. * Build relationships with decision-makers, including: * Architects * Contractors * Builders * Developers * Interior Designers * Engineers * Project Managers * Business Owners * Introduce and promote the company's **AEC outsourcing and technical services**. * Qualify prospects based on their business needs, current projects, and potential requirements. * Schedule qualified appointments and meetings for the sales team. * Conduct consistent follow-ups with prospects. * Research companies, projects, and market opportunities in the US. * Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in the CRM. * Meet agreed targets for **lead generation, outreach, qualified opportunities, and appointments**. * Provide regular reports on prospecting activities and results. * Work closely with the Sales and Business Development team to improve outreach strategies. ### Requirements * Proven experience in **Business Development, B2B Sales, Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting**. * **AEC industry experience or strong knowledge of the AEC industry is highly preferred.** * Experience dealing with **US clients or the US market** is strongly preferred. * Excellent spoken and written English. * Confident communicating with US-based decision-makers. * Strong prospecting, research, communication, and negotiation skills. * Experience using **LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, RocketReach, ZoomInfo, or similar tools** is an advantage. * Experience with CRM systems is preferred. * Self-motivated, persistent, organized, and target-oriented. * Comfortable working independently in a **100% remote environment**. * Willing to work **US business hours / Philippine night shift**. * **Must be available to start ASAP.** ### AEC Industry Experience Candidates with experience selling to or working with any of the following are highly preferred: * Architectural Firms * Interior Design Firms * General Contractors * Design-Build Companies * Engineering Firms * Construction Companies * Joinery / Millwork Companies * Furniture / FF&E Companies * Developers * MEP Consultants * Quantity Surveying / Estimating Firms ### What We Offer * **100% Work From Home** * Competitive salary/hourly rate * Long-term opportunity * Work with US-based AEC clients * Professional and supportive remote working environment * Opportunity for career growth * **Immediate/ASAP start** ### How to Apply If you have strong **B2B sales/business development experience**, understand the **AEC industry**, and have experience prospecting or selling to the **US market**, we would like to hear from you.
