Job Summary ----------- _To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an  **Business Excellence Engineer,** located in **Guadalajara, North Campus.** Reporting to the **Business Excellence Leader,** the role involves responsibilities for activities of personnel engaged in the troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance of manufacturing equipment in order to attain goals consistent with cost, quality, and delivery requirements._ _**What a typical day looks like:**_ * _Work as a change agent and drive lean and six sigma activities as defined in the GBE A3._  * _Applying and deploying Flex Lean Enterprise Values across the entire organization._  * _In charge of eliminating waste and create value by reducing variation in the processes to achieve sustainable results throughout the organization and segment._  * _Utilize Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques, initiate process improvements, cycle time reductions, cost reductions and other activities aimed at reducing/eliminating non-value-added activities in the process._  * _Create and validate processes/standards based on standard work and BPs_  * _Identify, Drive and Yokoten Best practices based Kaizen projects on the accord timilines_  * _Conduct Industrial Engineering lean and six sigma training and accelerate the proliferation of Lean culture thru out the organization by guiding and facilitating Continues Improvement Lean Deployment._   * _Perform assessment of Continuous Improvement Maturity Tracker (CIMT) Operation/Supply chain/Office and drive initiatives to close gaps._  * _Agile participate in the selection and executions of lean and six sigma projects._  * _Transformation (continuous workshop in 90 days). Facilitate Continues Improivement Transformation activities through Kaizen, workshops and Small Group Activities._  * _Comprehend and use Center point portal as depository to enable data research and cost saving effectiveness_  * _Achieve Industrial, Lean & 6 sigma training & Certification in order to become subject matter expert in the organization_   _**The experience we’re looking to add to our team:**_ * _Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field._ * _3 to 5 years of experience in **Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence** roles._ * **_Intermediate-Advanced English_** _proficiency._ * _Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with **Lean Manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma** methodologies and tools._ * _Proven experience leading and implementing continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, waste reduction, and process optimization._ * _Ability to work independently and manage improvement initiatives with minimal supervision._ * _Strong leadership and influencing skills to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams._ * _Proactive mindset with a strong results-oriented approach._ * _High tolerance for pressure and ability to effectively navigate challenges and changing priorities._ * _Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills._ **_Preferred Competencies_** * _Leadership._ * _Effective communication._ * _Analytical thinking._ * _Continuous improvement mindset._ * _Teamwork and collaboration._ * _Adaptability to change._ * _Proactivity and sense of urgency._ **_What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:_**   * _Competitive Salary._ * _Life & Medical insurance._ * _Christmas Bonus._ * _Food Coupons._ * _Saving Fund._ _OC16_ Job Category ------------ Operational Excellence Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
