Working with existing business data and leveraging **cutting-edge BI tools**, the role transforms complex, multi-source data into clear, actionable insights and decision-ready reporting. This reporting supports **financial updates, value creation initiatives, forecasting activities and bonus reporting**. The role is based in the **Czech Republic.** **What You'll Do** * Establish and maintain **data quality, governance and reporting standards** * Collaborate with the **Customer Data Platform team** to support the development of Lifecycle metrics * Drive alignment and sign-off on **standardised KPI and category definitions**, including renewals, churn, new customers and expansion * Reconcile and analyse variances across different Lifecycle data streams and reporting sources * Build and enhance **financial and operational reporting** using Power BI and other BI tools * Partner with **Sales Incentives teams** to develop bonus reporting metrics and dashboards * Transform complex datasets into **clear, decision-ready business insights** for stakeholders   **What We're Looking For** * Strongly **analytical and numerate** with attention to detail * Strong **commercial acumen** and ability to understand the business impact behind the numbers * Proven **problem-solving skills** * Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills** * Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across teams * Ability to convert complex information into **actionable business strategies** * Self-motivated and able to work independently * Advanced knowledge of **Microsoft Office** * Expert knowledge of **Power BI** * Practical experience with **Snowflake** and **AI-based data platforms** * Fluent spoken and written knowledge of **English and Czech**   **What We Offer** * **Great Place to Work® certified environment** * **25 days of holiday** (including 5 bonus days) * **2 sick days per year** * **Meal allowance** (90 CZK per working day) * **Multisport card** with company contribution * **Pension contribution** after 1 year of service (3%) * **Mobile phone allowance** (400 CZK per month) and favourable family tariffs * **Employee discounts** on products from the company portfolio At TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
