Let’s shape the future of wealth management together. **YOUR CHALLENGE** ------------------ **Change the Bank / Project Management:** * Project management support and oversight for local strategic and tactical initiatives * Budgeting and controlling of projects and Tactical IT CtB basket COO CHEEMA * Responsible for change the bank budgeting process (CtB) * Responsible for project portfolio / roadmap in COO CHEEMA * Preparation and coordination of meetings * Responsibility for the IT cost allocation keys and inherent product / service pricing * Co-project lead of projects **Business Management** * Support global bank initiatives with the focus to improve operational performance, product and service offering * Independent analysis of special topics and issues across COO * Coordination of key initiatives within COO CHEEMA with a special focus on leading or supporting concrete strategic projects * Establish COO CHEEMA strategy and monitor implementation of measures * Support in various Strategic Management related matters (e.g. cost and revenue management, optimization of processes) * Responsible for Cultural and People initiatives * Prepare quantitative and qualitative analysis to facilitate decision-making and supervisory activities * Support senior management related organizational, communication and reporting topics * Internal and external presentations for the management * Sparring partner / Sounding board for strategic projects * Collaborate closely with senior management * Collaboration and coordination with individual departments of the Bank, act as the interface to COO, Risk Management, Finance, HR, Communications, CEO Office, etc. **YOUR PROFILE** ---------------- * University degree or other higher education in Business Administration or equivalent * Profound experience in Financial Industry or in Financial Industry consulting * Excellent organizational, analytical, conceptual and communicative skills * Project management experience, structured and independent thinking in a complex and challenging environment * Experienced to be working closely with different functional areas and with the Senior Management environment * Strong Presentation skills * Reliable, client centric, result driven and highly motivated personality * Strong people skills * Highly motivated self-starter and able to multi-task * Ability to work independently and as a team player whenever required * Ability to organize and coordinate as well as deliver content itself * Fluency in English and German required * Comfortable in working on both the operational and the strategic level We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
