Business Manager - Enterprise AI

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** * Lead enterprise adoption of Databricks analytics, AI/BI, Genie, applications, semantic capabilities, and emerging AI technologies, translating platform capabilities into business value. * Partner with Finance, Commercial, Operations, Digital, and Data Engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact analytics and AI use cases. * Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of business-facing data and AI products, from opportunity identification through deployment, adoption, and value realization. * Establish and govern enterprise KPI definitions, semantic models, ontology frameworks, and metric standards that ensure consistent, trusted insights across reporting, analytics, and AI solutions. * Drive AI-powered decision-making by enabling conversational analytics, natural language querying, AI-generated insights, alerts, and recommendations that reduce manual reporting and accelerate action. * Champion data governance, quality, reconciliation, and standardization practices to ensure trusted metrics, explainable AI outputs, and reusable data assets across enterprise platforms. * Lead business enablement and change management efforts by developing adoption strategies, training users, fostering self-service analytics capabilities, and serving as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. **What Are We Looking For** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
