This candidate will demonstrate skills in financial planning, analysis, and reporting while participating in a range of analytical and data analysis activities which will help lead to increased efficiencies and revenue opportunities, as well as lower operational expense levels. **Responsibilities:**  * Assist in monthly forecasting of financial statements * Generate monthly and quarterly reporting * Assist in the preparation of annual budgets for business leaders * Create ad hoc reports to support business operations * Maintain open lines of communication * Support the business units * Prepare analysis of industry data and trends **Qualifications and Required Skills:** * Interest in Property and Casualty Insurance Industry * Current Sophomore or Junior pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics or other related degree * Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities * High level of intellectual curiosity * Effective communicator (verbal and written) * Strong attention to detail * Desire to work collaboratively in a team environment * Cumulative GPA of a 3.0 or higher * Commutable to our West Trenton, New Jersey Office The Business Planning and Analysis intern can pay up to $22 hour.  Starting Rate: $21 Legal Disclaimer: NJM is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
