As a Business Planning & Analysis Manager, you will serve as a trusted finance business partner, delivering insightful analysis, strategic guidance, and decision support that drive business performance.   **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities**   * Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, strategic recommendations, and decision-making support * Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes to drive business performance and resource allocation * Analyze financial results, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to optimize outcomes * Develop and maintain performance reporting, dashboards, and early-warning indicators to support proactive decision-making * Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data while driving continuous improvements in forecast quality * Evaluate investments, projects, and business cases through robust financial analysis and profitability assessments * Streamline reporting processes and implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and business value **Essential Requirements**   * Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis within a complex organization * Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights * Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and partner effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions * Experience supporting strategic planning, investment evaluations, and performance management processes * Fluency in English with strong communication and presentation skills **Desirable Requirements**   * Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry, with an understanding of commercial and financial value drivers * Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools, and applying advanced analytics to support business decision-making **Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion**   At Novartis, we are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve. **Accessibility and Reasonable Accommodations** Novartis is committed to work with and provide reasonable accommodation to individuals with disabilities.
