**Summary** Advantech is currently looking for an experienced BPM (business planning & performance management) talent to assist management to define a strategic direction for the company, help set strategic objectives and facilitate its implementation in an effective and efficient manner. **Responsibilities of the role:** Business Planning * Assist management to define corporate goals and objectives * Define rolling corporate plan, set the paths to corporate growth and profitability * Collect and evaluate internal and external information that may affect the organization’s present and future state * Identify and gather information on market, economic, and competitors, to provide insight and recommendations to support decision-making Performance Management * Develop and facilitate the implementation of the performance management system, and develop a suitable reward system in conjunction with HR team * Identify yearly operating targets & monitor performance of all departments * Conduct financial deep dive analysis and process re-engineering to enhance effectiveness and efficiency **What you will need:** * Master’s degree from top university, 5+ years of working experience * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated and committed to top quality work under pressure * Insightful and courageous with global mindset
