This role combines a strong **business and analytical mindset** with technical understanding. You will work with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help design solutions that automate manual activities and improve efficiency. This is **not a traditional Software Engineering role**. We are looking for someone who understands how businesses operate and can apply **AI, automation, data, and software engineering fundamentals** to solve real-world business problems. **Responsibilities** * **Analyse business processes** and identify opportunities for automation and AI. * Translate business needs into **clear automation use cases and solution requirements**. * Work with **data and business information**, including documents, PDFs, financial information, and vendor data. * Apply **AI and intelligent automation** to extract, analyse, and process information. * Help design and implement **automated workflows and business process solutions**. * Collaborate with **Business Stakeholders, Solution Architects, and technical teams**. * Test, monitor, and continuously improve automated solutions. **Knowledge, Skills & Experience** * Experience in **Business Process Automation, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Data Analysis**, or a related area. * Strong **business mindset**, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. * Understanding of **AI and automation technologies** and their application to business processes. * Some programming or scripting knowledge and an understanding of **OOP, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and Algorithms**. * Familiarity with **APIs, system integrations, and enterprise applications** is beneficial. * Experience with **AI-assisted development tools, RPA, or Business Process Automation platforms** is an advantage. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work across **business and technology teams**. **What Success Looks Like** * Understand complex **business processes** and identify opportunities for improvement. * Translate business problems into **practical automation solutions**. * Use **AI and automation** to reduce manual work and improve efficiency. * Effectively bridge the gap between **business needs and technical solutions**. **What We Offer** Hybrid work (2–3 days at the office per week).
