Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Business Systems Analyst** located in **Guadalajara, South Campus**. Reporting to the Analyst, Application Technology, the Business Systems Analyst, you will provide support for office equipment, videoconferencing systems, laptops, printers, Tier 1 networks, and telephony. **What a typical day looks like:** * Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge * Work directly with stakeholders to improve operational procedures to increase efficiency, productivity and strategic goals * Research, design and test new systems and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of site business/customer's requirements.  * Create and present reports to executive team members and stakeholders to support solution proposals * Support Project Management during planning and execution, relevant to project scale * Oversee implementation projects from beginning to completion, consistent with all software development lifecycle phases * Write clear, precise functional and technical specifications for development teams  * Use a variety of technical and functional tools to analyze complex structures and identify patterns to provide impactful insights * Communicate with users to identify and resolve issues, troubleshoot and investigate system behaviors and deficiencies * Work within the established model to allow software and/or systems scalability though appropriate intake and prioritization of new requirements **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Recent Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in computer science, industrial engineering, programming or related. * Experience providing technical support for computer equipment, printers, and telephony systems. * Intermediate- Advanced English proficiency * Interacting with company executives. * Ability to multitask. * Knowledge of ticketing systems. * Active Directory. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Customer Services * Works under pressure. * Organized **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Competitive Salary. * Life & Medical insurance. * Christmas Bonus. * Food Coupons. * Saving Fund. * Life Insurance AU51 Job Category ------------ IT Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
