Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Business Systems Analyst** located in **Technology Park.** Reporting to the **IT Project Manager** the **Business Systems Analyst’s** role involves: **What a typical day looks like:** * Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions, incorporating user experience design to improve operations and process efficiency * Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems — including designing UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows to visualize solutions before implementation * Research, design, and test new systems and enhancements, leveraging graphic design and visual communication to create stakeholder-ready deliverables * Create infographics, dashboards, and visual documentation to communicate system changes and project status * Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, using visual guides and user-centric design to ensure smooth adoption * Execute Global IT projects with integrated design and communication deliverables **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Basic English * Bachelor's degree ( IT, or related field) * Experience with computerized databases, and process guidelines * Experience SQL Server / Flex Flow/ Oracle * SharePoint content design and management * Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and creative conceptualization skills * Office skills: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, database systems * Communication, analytical skills, critical thinking, teamwork, proactive mindset **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Pantry vouchers * Saving Fund * Christmas bonus * Holiday bonus * Medical Insurance * Life Insurance ### GR66 Job Category ------------ IT Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
