Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Business Systems Analyst** located in **Technology Park.** Reporting to the **IT Project Manager** the **Business Systems Analyst’s** role involves: **What a typical day looks like:** * Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions, incorporating user experience design to improve operations and process efficiency * Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems — including designing UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows to visualize solutions before implementation * Research, design, and test new systems and enhancements, leveraging graphic design and visual communication to create stakeholder-ready deliverables * Create infographics, dashboards, and visual documentation to communicate system changes and project status * Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, using visual guides and user-centric design to ensure smooth adoption * Execute Global IT projects with integrated design and communication deliverables **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Strong experience developing **dynamic dashboards using Tableau** (preferred) and/or Power BI. * Experience with **SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)** and SQL query development. * Knowledge of **SQL Server, Oracle, and/or Flex Flow** databases. * Experience with SharePoint content management and design. * Experience working with computerized databases, process documentation, and guidelines. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Excellent communication skills, critical thinking, teamwork, and a proactive mindset. **Key requirement:** Hands-on experience with **Tableau** and **SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)** for reporting and dashboard development. **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Pantry vouchers * Saving Fund * Christmas bonus * Holiday bonus * Medical Insurance * Life Insurance OC16 Job Category ------------ IT Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
