Business Systems Analyst

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** **Expected End Date: November 30 2027** #### **Responsibilities:** * Work with business and technology team members to ensure seamless integration of business requirements with system functionality throughout the project lifecycle. * Demonstrate knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), requirements management, and other associated methodologies. * Anticipate, elicit, analyze, understand, validate, coordinate, document, and manage business and functional requirements associated with formalized project life cycle across product releases or projects. * Provide support to project management for the implementation of customer solutions, and articulate technical concepts. * Document, analyze, and interpret business policies and processes. * Perform gap analysis and analyze results. * Manage workload to ensure all tasks and assignments are completed accurately and on time. * Present information effectively to customers and respond in a timely, accurate manner. * Manage data via Requirements Management Tool(s). * Assume additional related responsibilities as required. **Kogo poszukujemy?** Requirements: * BS or BA in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field. * 3+ years of proven Business Analyst experience. * Must be familiar with MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), MS Project, MS Visio, and Adobe XD. * Must be familiar with Requirements Management Tools (i.e., JIRA, Trello, Miro). * Able to build strong customer relationships and function in a fast-paced environment. * Highly developed analytical skills and creativity to develop and present solutions to business issues. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to bridge communication between technical staff, non-technical staff, and customers. * Strong interpersonal skills; team player. * Interest in state-of-the-art technical solutions and willingness to learn complex systems. * Strong problem-solving skills. * Highly organized; able to meet demanding deadlines and manage simultaneous projects. * Demonstrates a high level of knowledge about the Agile process approach.  Nice to have: * Experience in the lottery industry is preferred. **Czego wymagamy?** 3 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku Znajomości: * Agile * Adobe XD * Jira * MS PowerPoint * MS Office * MS Excel Języki: * Angielski **Jakie warunki i benefity otrzymasz?** * 21k–24.4k PLN netto/m (B2B) * B2B - Elastyczne godziny pracy (100%) * Praca zdalna: W całości **Kim jesteśmy?** Client: A global leader in gaming, who deliver entertaining and responsible gaming experiences for players across all channels and regulated segments, from Gaming Machines and Lotteries to Sports Betting and Digital.
