**Compensation Range:** $50,300 - $83,700 **Buyer** Daleville, VA | 🏢 Munters Munters is a global leader in energy-efficient climate solutions for data centers. We’re looking for a **Buyer** to support our supply chain operations by managing purchasing activities, supplier relationships, and inventory planning. **What You’ll Do** * Execute MRP/MPS processes and analyze demand forecasts * Create and manage purchase orders for direct and indirect materials * Maintain accurate data in ERP systems * Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery * Support Supplier Portal management and user training * Implement and manage ordering systems (VMI, Kanban, floor stock) * Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Finance **What We’re Looking For** * Strong analytical and organizational skills * Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office * Effective communication and problem-solving abilities * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Purchasing or supply chain experience preferred **Why Join Munters?** * Competitive pay + 401(k) match * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off * Career development & tuition reimbursement **Apply today to be part of a team driving innovation and operational excellence.** Munters is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
