Responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services essential for PT Bimatekno Karyatama Konsultan's operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery. Job Responsibilities:\*\* \* Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed. \* Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals for the company. \* Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions. \* Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to prevent stockouts or overstocking. \* Track orders and ensure timely delivery, resolving any issues or delays with suppliers. \* Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. \* Conduct market research to identify new products, services, and suppliers. \* Evaluate supplier performance and identify areas for improvement. \* Ensure compliance with company policies, purchasing procedures, and relevant regulations. \* Assist in developing and implementing purchasing strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. Job Qualifications: \* Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. \* Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar procurement role, preferably in the consulting or related industry. \* Strong negotiation and communication skills. \* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. \* Proficient in using purchasing software Oracle (preferable) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) \* Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. \* Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices. \* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
