As a Cardiac Specialist, you will contribute to the collection and processing of electrocardiogram (ECG) and other cardiac safety data that help advance life-changing therapies. **What You'll Be Doing**
* Perform interval duration and rate measurements on digital and paper ECGs according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Evaluate, place, and adjust calipers on digital ECGs using approved measurement methodologies.
* Utilize validated software to convert PNG images into XML files and verify conversion accuracy through waveform assessment.
* Accurately calibrate PDF image scaling to collect measurements from paper ECGs.
* Process cardiac data from continuous Holter recordings.
* Extract timepoint-specific 12-lead ECGs and export XML files to designated databases for IDM measurement.
* Evaluate ECGs for safety and alert findings and notify appropriate teams according to written procedures.
* Perform Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM) processing activities.
* Balance multiple workflows to support cardiac safety data analysis according to operational priorities.
* Participate in quality assurance activities to demonstrate accuracy, precision, and repeatability.
* Read, understand, and apply all job-related SOPs and Standard Work Instructions (SWIs).
* Meet or exceed departmental productivity and quality metrics.
* Escalate system performance concerns through appropriate management and IT channels.
**What We Look For**
* Associate Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in a related scientific, healthcare, or life sciences field preferred.
* ECG certification or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Demonstrated knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
* 1–2 years of experience in an ECG Core Lab, cardiac safety environment, or regulated clinical research setting.
* Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), GDPR, and data privacy requirements.
* Experience processing ECG, Holter, or other cardiac safety data.
* Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience working successfully within a team-oriented environment.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, database systems, and web-based tools.
* Ability to perform effectively in a metrics-driven production environment with tight turnaround times.
