Uline is looking for a Part-Time Cash Applications Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring seamless financial transactions and maintaining account accuracy for our growing North American company! **Part-Time Hours:** 15 - 20 hours per week. **Required Availability:** Monday and Friday; Additional availability on Thursdays is **a plus.** **Careers Packed with Potential.** Backed by 45+ years of success, Uline offers opportunities to grow your career with stability you can count on. **Position Responsibilities** * Process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. * Research and resolve payment discrepancies. * Maintain department reports, including account analysis, reconciliations and accounting adjustments. * Review payment data from third-party partners and match to customer accounts. **Minimum Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent.
