In this critical role, you will oversee control room operations, monitor CCTV feeds, and communicate effectively with roving security officers to address security breaches, alarms, and other incidents. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor and analyse CCTV footage for security issues. * Communicate promptly with security personnel regarding incidents. * Ensure adherence to security protocols and procedures. * Maintain detailed records of events and incidents. * Respond swiftly to alarms and emergencies, making informed decisions. **Skills & Experience:** * Full Australian Working Rights * Previous experience in Control Room or Monitoring Environment is highly regarded * Valid Victorian Security Licence (with Control Room Endorsement) * Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations. * Current First Aid Certificate and CPR. * Current driver's licence. * Working with Children’s Check (or willing to obtain) * Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including day, afternoon and night shifts **Master License Number:** 409-987-30S **How to apply** ---------------- MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions of each person We encourage and celebrate diversity.
