**About the opportunity**
At Werribee Mercy Hospital, our Operating Theatre team is **raising the bar**, **lifting the standards**, and **going for GOLD**. We’re building a perioperative workforce of high performers who thrive in a fast‑paced, patient‑centred environment and we need some experienced passionate, registered nurses to join the team on a casual basis to assist in filling short notice vacancies.

* 25% casual bank loading plus generous salary packaging options available
**Who We’re Looking For**
Dynamic nurses who:
* Have the availability to pick up one to two shifts per fortnight
* Are willing to complete and keep all competencies up to date
* Have a minimum of 2 years perioperative nursing experience
* Hold themselves — and their practice — to **exceptional standards**
* Understand and work confidently with **ACORN** and **NSQHS** standards
* Put **patient safety** at the forefront of every decision
* Are strong, compassionate **advocates** for patients and families
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
* A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
* Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
