About the Role -------------- As a Casual Security Officer, you will play an important role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients' facilities, assets, and personnel. This position offers a variety of duties in a dynamic industrial environment and is ideal for candidates who enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct access control and visitor management duties * Monitor and respond to security incidents and alarms * Perform regular patrols and inspections of site facilities * Complete electronic reporting and incident documentation * Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and contractors * Ensure compliance with site procedures, client requirements, and MSS Security standards * Respond effectively to emergencies and provide first-response support when required **To be successful in this role, you will possess:** * Current WA Security Officer Licence * Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 or equivalent) * Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Excellent customer service skills * Ability to work rotational shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays * Strong attention to detail and situational awareness * Intermediate computer skills and experience using reporting systems * Full working rights **Please Note** (This role is not open to anyone on a student visa or a student related visa so please do not apply) **How to apply** ---------------- MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions of each person We encourage and celebrate diversity.
