Category Manager

Job Description --------------- Responsibilities 1\. Strategic Sourcing Lead procurement for Logistics and Leasing categories (fleet, warehouse, equipment), delivering cost savings, quality improvements, and risk mitigation 2\. Performance & Reporting Define KPIs for both categories and track savings achievement against targets 3\. Strategy Development Build and execute sourcing strategies with Logistics and Asset Management stakeholders 4\. Supplier Management Negotiate contracts with logistics and leasing vendors; maintain strategic supplier relationships 5\. Stakeholder Engagement Partner with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Legal, logistics) to ensure seamless execution &supply security Requirements 1.Bachelor's or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field 2.Proactive mindset with strong business acumen and analytical thinking 3.Expertise in sourcing processes, project management, and service excellence 4.Deep knowledge of logistics and leasing markets with strong supplier research capabilities 5.Excellent communication and negotiation skills 6.Results-driven self-starter with strong teamwork and change leadership abilities 7.Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative environments 8.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Ariba, SAP system 9.Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin 10.6+ years total experience, including 4+ years in strategic sourcing for logistics and/or leasing categories Location(s) ----------- Shanghai - Central Park, Huangpu   **Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes****.**
