**Job Description** **Job Requirements/Responsibilities:** 1.**Receiving and understanding Design Package (Including but not limited to 2D and 3D Drawings / BOM from customer or design center) and ensure CBOM / Complete Drawings for sourcing, suppliers and production.** 2.**Unit Cost Estimate based on design lock down (Materials / Direct labor / Overhead).** 3.**DFM - Coordinating with Process and Design Engineers (two-way communication) to align.** 4.**Materials specification to suppliers – coordinating with design engineers and suppliers for spec sign-off.** 5.**Suppliers' materials qualification - coordinating among suppliers, design engineers and quality.** 6.**Sample build (EVT / DVT / PVT) and NPI Schedule for product qualification.** 7.**Product related documentation for production (BOM / Routing / PFMEA / PCP / WI / Inspection Instructions)** 8.Materials Planning (CTB) 9.Do the Production Plan and ensure deliveries with quality. 10.Be the customer interface for all product related and technical activities. **Technical and Work Experience Requirements:** 1.**Engineering degree on Electrical Engineering (preferred), Thermal Engineering (preferred) or Mechanical Engineering** 2.**Working experience:** •At least 5 years working experience on cooling/thermal system or equivalent (with the components like heat exchange, pump, piping, sensor, valve and control system, etc.) •CDU engineering experience is preferred **3.   Other Skills requirements:** •2D/3D drawing platform like AutoCAD/SolidWorks, etc. •Microsoft Office •Good English is an essential •Great communication and coordinating skills **All Job Posting Locations** Juarez **Remote Type** On-Site **EEO Statement** Boyd Corp is an equal opportunity employer.
