Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** * Lead daily cement production activities to achieve safety, quality, environmental, and operational objectives. * Coordinate plant resources and personnel to maximize productivity and equipment performance. * Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability. * Coach, develop, and support team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. * Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and plant leadership teams to resolve issues and meet business goals. **What Are We Looking For** * Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment. * Strong knowledge of production operations, process optimization, and continuous improvement practices. * Ability to analyze operational data, prioritize work, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting. * Effective communication and collaboration skills with a focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence. * Proven capability to drive results, manage competing priorities, and support a positive workplace culture. **Work Environment** * Primarily based in a cement manufacturing facility with regular exposure to industrial equipment, moving machinery, dust, noise, and varying temperatures. * Requires routine walking, climbing stairs and ladders, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments. * May require occasional after-hours, weekend, or emergency response support to maintain operational continuity. * Must be able to obtain an ATF Certification. **What We Offer** * Competitive base salary, $77,180 to $102,900, and participation in our annual incentive plan. * 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions. * Highly competitive benefits programs, including: * Medical, Dental, and Vision along with Prescription Drug Benefits * Health Saving Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) * AD&D, Short- and Long-Term Disability Coverage as well as Basic Life Insurance * Paid Bonding Leave, 15 days of Paid Vacation, 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave and 10 Paid Holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
