### **What You'll Be Doing**
* Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of capital and plant improvement projects while maintaining safety, quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and communication.
* Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources to achieve operational and business objectives.
* Oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with company policies, safety programs, and regulatory requirements.
* Identify opportunities to improve plant efficiency, reliability, and sustainability through strategic project initiatives.
### **What Are We Looking For**
* Demonstrated capability to manage complex industrial, manufacturing, construction, or capital projects from concept through completion.
* Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions.
* Ability to analyze project risks, solve problems effectively, and make sound business decisions in a dynamic environment.
* Working knowledge of engineering, construction management, budgeting, scheduling, and contractor oversight practices.
* Commitment to safety, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and delivering results.
### **Work Environment**
* Primarily based at a cement manufacturing facility with regular exposure to industrial plant environments.
* Frequent interaction with operations, maintenance, engineering, contractors, and business stakeholders.
* Requires travel to project sites and vendor locations as needed.
* Must be able to access all areas of the plant and work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions while following safety requirements.
