Our CNAs play an essential role in providing quality, compassionate care while helping residents maintain their **comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life**. Compensation **Pay Rate: $20.60–$22.00 per hour, DOE** Available Shifts * **Full-Time AM Shift** * **Full-Time PM Shift** * **Full-Time NOC Shift** What You'll Do As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll work closely with residents and the nursing team to provide hands-on care and support throughout the day. Responsibilities include: * Assist residents with **Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)**, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. * Support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being. * Take and record vital signs, weights, and other resident information as directed. * Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff. * Accurately document care provided and maintain appropriate resident records. * Respond promptly, respectfully, and courteously to resident requests and needs. * Assist with implementing individualized care plans. * Promote resident **dignity, comfort, safety, and independence**. * Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility according to care plans and facility procedures. * Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. * Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
