The Change Lead, AI & Data is a strategic partner within the Global Change Enablement team, responsible for enabling successful adoption of AI & Data transformation across our organisation. Working closely with Global IT, Product teams, AI & Data stakeholders, this role ensures transformation is delivered in a way that maximises business value, people adoption and operational readiness. The Change Lead provides strategic change leadership, adoption insight and governance to help AI & Data programmes achieve sustainable business outcomes. The role combines hands-on change leadership with advisory capability, helping programme teams understand adoption risk, organisational readiness and change saturation while building consistent change practices that can scale across the enterprise. **Responsibilities** **1\. Digital Change Enablement** •       Support and input into an industry-leading change management practice. •       Ensure that change management enables the transformation to realize its full business value. •       Lead change managers, analysts, communication specialists, and learning specialists as required. **2\. AI & Data programmes** •       Oversee all change management demand and delivery in IT’s AI & Data programmes, working closely with the leadership and AI & Data teams. •       Make recommendations to support adoption and consumption in AI & Data solutions and services. •       Ensure adequate change management reporting across AI & Data programmes. •       Ensure programmes are well-positioned for integrated change management by providing robust review and challenge of project and solution plans, key decisions, and progress. •       Identify risks and issues associated with change management and ensure effective mitigations and remediation actions are proactively executed. **3\. Leadership** •       Build trust relationships and influence leadership stakeholders to support the change journey. •       Monitor and act on sentiments, challenges, and any concerns. •       Ensure stakeholder and persona mapping is created and maintained. **What you’ll bring** **Skills & Attributes** * Experience of driving AI & Data transformation in a large global, matrix-type organisation. * Strong background in senior leader engagement. * Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and resiliency. * Ability to rapidly form and execute solutions to challenges. * A collaborative mindset with a focus on cross-functional teamwork. * Product-orientated experience for a holistic view of driving business outcomes. **Qualifications and experience** * Proven experience leading business change in complex, matrixed and international environment. * Demonstrated experience advising on organizational readiness and adoption risk. * Experience supporting digital product adoption and continuous transformation. * Experience with digital platforms, social media and data-driven communication. * Prosci certified (or similar) preferred. **Success measures -** success in this role will be demonstrated through: * Accelerated adoption of AI & Data transformation initiatives. * High levels of business readiness and engagement across IT, AI & Data teams. * Measurable improvement in adoption, utilisation and business value realisation. * Early identification and mitigation of change saturation and adoption risks. * Trusted partnerships with AI & IT stakeholders. * Consistent application of enterprise Change Enablement standards across AI & Data programmes. * Delivery of actionable, data-driven insights that improve programme decision making and transformation outcomes. **Workplace type:** Hybrid Working **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
