Ready to get started?_ **_Join our Digital Team as_** **_Change Management & Communications Expert_** _and you can help make it happen__._ **_Your job_**_?_ _You_ _will be responsible for developing and executing change management and communications strategies to support the internal rollout of strategic digital initiatives across Sanofi, while also contributing to the visual and creative quality of communications materials._ ### _**Main responsibilities:**_ * **_Change Management strategy_**_: Coordinate and execute change management strategies across Application Portfolio Governance & Modernization and Architecture, including impact assessments and change readiness plans tailored to each program._ * **_Internal Communication_**_: Design and deliver comprehensive, audience-tailored communications materials aligned with the overall communications strategy._ * **_Creative Design_**_: Produce visually appealing communications assets (including videos) using design tools while maintaining Sanofi's brand guidelines._ * **_Stakeholder Engagement_**_: Identify, map, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating workshops to build support for program changes._ * **_Training and Education_**_: Identify training needs, coordinate program delivery, and establish a network of change champions to support adoption across all three programs._ * **_Measurement and Reporting_**_: Monitor metrics to measure effectiveness, regularly report progress to leadership, and adjust strategies based on continuous feedback._ * **_Cross-functional collaboration_**_: Coordinate with relevant departments and the Change & Comms team to ensure seamless integration across all three programs._ **_About you_**   ------------------- * _Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field._ * _5+ years of experience in change management and internal communications, preferably in large-scale IT or digital transformation projects._ * _Strong understanding of training development and corporate surveys._ * _Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English._ * _Proven ability to develop and implement change management and communications strategies across multiple concurrent programs._ * _Experience working in matrix organizations and managing complex stakeholder relationships._ * _Strong project management and organizational skills._ * _Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical audiences._ * _Basic to intermediate creative design skills, with hands-on experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, PowerPoint (advanced), or similar platforms._ * _Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with internal communication tools and platforms._ * _Experience with SharePoint, Viva Engage (Yammer), or similar internal digital platforms._ **_Preferred Qualifications_** ------------------------------ * _Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP)._ * _Knowledge of Sanofi's organizational structure and culture._ #LI-Hybrid #BarcelonaHub #SanofiHubs Pursue _progress_, discover _extraordinary_ =========================================== Better is out there. The salary range for this position is :€43 600,00 - €58 133 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors.
