The Chef de Partie – Asian (Chinese/Thai) is responsible for preparing and presenting authentic Chinese / Thai dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, consistency, hygiene and presentation. The role supports the efficient operation of the Main kitchen by supervising the assigned section, ensuring compliance with hotel standards and food safety regulations, assisting in menu development, controlling food costs and mentoring junior kitchen team members to deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests.
