**Join the kitchen team at one of Melbourne’s premier event venues!** Lakeside Pavilion, located on the edge of Albert Park Lake, hosts weddings, corporate events and private functions, with events ranging from intimate celebrations through to large-scale functions. We’re looking for a Casual Chef de Partie to join the team for a busy three-month period, with the opportunity to continue your journey with Australian Venue Co. afterwards. **The Opportunity** * 20–38 hours per week for the next 3 months * Opportunity to transfer to another AVC venue after the initial three months * Work across busy weddings, corporate events and private functions * Be part of a high-volume events kitchen * Opportunity to build your experience across large-scale functions **About You** * Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong kitchen experience * Function and event experience is highly desirable * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen * Able to maintain quality and consistency during busy services * Reliable, organised and a strong team player * Flexible availability, including weekends **What’s in It for You?** * Consistent 20–38 hours per week * Potential for ongoing work through an internal venue transfer * Staff discounts across 250+ Australian Venue Co. venues * Training and development opportunities * Career progression across our national venue network **Ready for your next kitchen opportunity?
