The ideal candidate should have excellent subject knowledge, strong conceptual teaching skills, and the ability to prepare students for competitive examinations through analytical and application-based learning.Key Responsibilities:Teach Chemistry for Classes 612 following the NCERT curriculum integrated with IIT Foundation concepts.Build strong fundamentals in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.Conduct regular tests, doubt-clearing sessions, and revision classes.Train students for Olympiads, NTSE, and early IIT-JEE Foundation programs.Use activity-based learning, laboratory demonstrations, and digital teaching tools to make concepts engaging.Monitor student progress and provide personalized academic guidance.Collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum delivery and student outcomes. Eligibility:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry (B.Sc./M.Sc.) or a related discipline.B.Ed. is preferred.4 -7 years of teaching experience in CBSE/ICSE/IIT Foundation/JEE coaching is preferred.Strong command of the NCERT syllabus for Classes 612.Excellent communication, classroom management, and mentoring skills. Preferred Skills:Experience in IIT Foundation, Olympiad, or JEE preparation.Ability to simplify complex concepts with real-life examples.Proficiency in using smart boards, presentations, and online teaching platforms.Passion for mentoring students and fostering scientific thinking.
