**Position Requirements** **Description** Chief Anesthesiologist opportunity at Boulders Ambulatory Surgery Center, serving Richmond, VA and the surrounding communities at a highly efficient outpatient orthopedic surgery center. Boulders Ambulatory Surgery Center provides exceptional care in outpatient same-day surgeries for patients that do not require overnight hospitalization. Equipped with four operating rooms, the center is staffed by a dedicated team focused on delivering an outstanding patient experience in a safe and convenient setting. This center has an outstanding track record of surgeons providing exemplary care in an outpatient surgery center. No nights/weekend/holidays, call optional with post call day off • 100% orthopedic cases with CRNA coverage.  • Cases include total joints, sports medicine, hand, and healthy peds. **Key Responsibilities** • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership **Requirements** • MD or DO from an accredited institution  • Completion of Anesthesiology Residency  • Board Eligible or Board Certified   • Current medical licensure  • ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)  Boulders Ambulatory Surgery Center, $530K, $100K Sign On Bonus **EEO Statement** North American Partners in Anesthesia is an equal opportunity employer.
