JOB DESCRIPTION: Business Development & Partnerships Lead special initiatives for long-term enterprise contracts, coordinate commercial frameworks and pricing strategies, and negotiate complex SOWs. You will actively build strategic partnerships across top AI labs, robotics companies, and ecosystem players. Program & Project Management Drive high-impact, cross-functional programs—from large-scale enterprise data delivery to global site expansion and hardware rollouts. You will build timelines, risk logs, and KPI dashboards while driving alignment across engineering, operations, legal, and finance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Operational Scaling Optimize global data production workflows across US, LATAM, and SEA multi-site operations. You'll build performance dashboards, streamline cross-border coordination, and improve margin efficiency as operations scale. Founder’s Office & Capital Strategy Serve as a trusted partner on confidential, high-priority projects. You will support fundraising, assist with term sheet analysis, coordinate board-level governance, and refine overall capital planning. Qualifications - Required: MBA from a top-tier institution (e.g., Haas, GSB, Wharton, Sloan) with 5+ years of experience bridging operations and business development. Must have strong financial modeling skills, proven execution discipline, and domain expertise in AI, robotics, data infrastructure, or deep tech. - Preferred: High-growth startup background (Seed to Series B), venture/consulting experience, technical literacy in AI/ML, and familiarity with global expansion.
