This role assesses patient and family needs, provides therapeutic play and developmental activities, and prepares children for medical procedures using age-appropriate interventions. Working collaboratively with the healthcare team, the Specialist promotes positive coping, family-centered care, and an optimal patient experience while serving as a resource for patients, families, staff, and community partners. **Key Qualifications** * Experience supporting pediatric patients and families in a healthcare setting * Knowledge of child development and therapeutic play interventions * Strong communication, customer service, and collaboration skills * Ability to provide procedural preparation and emotional support * Commitment to family-centered care and patient advocacy * Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team **What we offer:** * Benefits from Day One   * DailyPay!
