Civil & Structural Resident Technical Officer

**Job Description:** * Assist Job Manager to attend to technical and design issues at site and report issues to Job Manager * Provide standing supervision as and when directed by the Consultant team. * Check through construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies found between or within the same disciplines prior to the commencement of installation works. * Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approve drawings and specifications. * Ensure adequate safety precautions are enforced on site. * Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project. * Attend site meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning. * Maintain site records. * Estimated commencement of work in July/August 2026 **Job Requirements:** * ITE certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution. * Accredited with IES-ACES Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) with valid RTO Practising Certificate * Minimum 5 years’ working experience as a Resident Technical Officer. * Preferably with experiences in healthcare projects. * Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills.  **_Please submit your full resume, contact number(s), current & expected salary, copies of educational certificates and date of availability in your application._**
