Job Purpose / Mục tiêu vị trí Monitor the system to promptly fixing production issue to ensure the system runs stably and accurately. Participate in projects related to Claims to ensure that the claims function is not affected when the project go-live. Participate in daily transaction work to master the business to better manage the system. Theo dõi sát sao và kịp thời điều chỉnh để đảm bảo hệ thống vận hành ổn định và chính xác. Thực hành các giao dịch bồi thường để tích lũy kinh nghiệm vận hành hệ thống chính xác. **Job Responsibilities** _/ Phạm vi công việc_ **Claims System Enhancement and Project Execution/ Cải tiến hệ thống và triển khai dự án liên quan** Monitor system performance and recommend advanced solutions to optimize the claims system, streamline workflows, and minimize manual processes. _Theo dõi hệ thống định kỳ và đề xuất các hướng xử lý nâng cao để cải thiện hệ thống, tối ưu workflow và giảm thiểu quy trình làm tay._ Prepare documentation and preliminary configurations for the system in alignment with new product launch announcements. _Chuẩn bị tài liệu và các cấu hình sơ bộ cho hệ thống để phù hợp với các sản phẩm mới của công ty._ Collaborate with Users and IT teams to maintain Claims systems and resolve production issues. Act as a key project member across all stages, including requirement preparation, meeting participation, issue escalation, UAT execution, and conducting dry runs immediately after go-live. _Làm việc với các phòng ban, và đội ngũ IT để giải quyết các sự cố trên Production.
