To find out more visit our website at **[www.msssecurity.com.au](http://www.msssecurity.com.au/).** **About the role** MSS Security is seeking Escort Security Officers who hold or are eligible for a **Negative Vetting 1 Clearance** to join our team at a high-profile data centre in Melbourne. _Sponsorship is available for candidates who do not yet hold a clearance._ **Duties include but are not limited to:** * Escort and monitor visitors and contractors while they are within security restricted areas. * Ensure all visitors and contractors remain within authorised areas and maintain line of sight. * Verify and confirm visitor identification prior to granting access to secure areas and maintain visitor logs. * Inspect visitor belongings in accordance with site procedures. * Challenge and report any unauthorised persons, suspicious behaviour or security breaches in accordance with site procedures. * Report equipment faults in accordance with site procedures. **Requirements:** * Must be an **Australian Citizen**. * Hold or willing to obtain an NV1 Clearance. * Valid Victorian Security Licence. * Valid Victorian Drivers Licence. * Valid First Aid & CPR Certificates (or willing to obtain). * 24/7 Availability to work a rotating roster. * Ability to walk up to 15,000 steps per shift as part of routine patrols. * **Must be able to supply background information including (but not limited to) referees, past addresses, overseas travel, education etc.** **Master Licence Number:** 409-987-30S **How to apply** ---------------- MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions of each person We encourage and celebrate diversity.
