Handle order deliveries for B2B customers as well as online sales channels (Website, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). Coordinate with the production team to complete orders on schedule. Pick the correct products from the warehouse as per customer orders. Check product quality before packing and dispatch. Verify the correct quantity before dispatch. Pack orders safely and accurately. Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for timely dispatch. Track deliveries and provide updates to customers and the sales team. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely availability of materials. Identify new vendors and negotiate for better pricing and service. Coordinate with the sales team for new orders and delivery planning. Maintain order records, dispatch details, and delivery status. Resolve delivery and order-related issues quickly. Key Result Areas (KRAs) Timely Client Delivery Orders delivered on or before the committed date B2B & Online Order Fulfilment Orders from all sales channels processed and dispatched on time Picking Accuracy Correct products picked from the warehouse Packaging Accuracy Orders packed safely and correctly Product Quality Check Products checked before dispatch to minimize complaints Quantity Verification Correct quantity dispatched every time Multiple Order Management Multiple orders managed without delays Production Coordination Regular follow-up to ensure timely production Supplier & Vendor Coordination Materials arranged on time without affecting production Vendor Search & Negotiation Reliable vendors identified and best commercial terms negotiated Logistics Management Timely dispatch and delivery tracking Sales Team Coordination Smooth coordination for new orders and delivery commitments Record Keeping Accurate maintenance of order and delivery records Problem Resolution Quick resolution of delivery and customer issues ### Skill(s) required English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Office Earn certifications in these skills [Learn Business Communication](https://trainings.internshala.com/business-communication-course/?utm_source=is_web_internshala_details_page) Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1\. have minimum 1 years of experience ### Other requirements 1\.
