Client Services Project Manager Packaging

**Work Schedule** Standard (Mon-Fri) **Environmental Conditions** Office **Job Description** **Position Summary:** The Project Manager is responsible for managing and leading all aspects of a project. This includes initial client discussions, developing project requirements, documentation, and coordinating all project activities through to completion. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage delivery of all technical and service aspects for client projects. * Determine and assess study requirements. * Maintain continuous communication with internal departments and external customers. * Initiate involvement of relevant departments to ensure high-quality work. * Attend and represent the business at Project Meetings and kick-off meetings. * Facilitate customer teleconferences, visits, and audits. * Drive Problem Reports to closure with Quality Assurance/Regulatory personnel. * Translate customer needs into quotations and monitor budgets. * Provide accurate financial forecasting and reporting. * Verify final production information for Accounting before invoice release. * Participate in business process improvement activities. * Collaborate with the account manager to guarantee customer happiness. * Apply Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibility. * Demonstrate and promote the company vision. **Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:** * Understand and use SOPs required by company quality standards. * Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills. * Ability to present information and respond to questions effectively. * Develop and maintain strong customer management skills. * Knowledge of internal systems associated with projects. **Experience required of/in:** * Accredited degree, preferably in a health-related field. * 3 years of successful clinical trial project management experience. * In-depth understanding of clinical trials. * Effective interpersonal abilities. * Proficiency in personal computer applications. * Proven experience with customers in a dynamic environment. * Strong organizational and project coordination skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Project). * Proficiency in fundamental Project Management concepts. **Work Conditions/Physical Requirements:** * Ability to work in a cold environment on occasion. * Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. * Ability to use a computer for up to 8 hours per day. * 10-25% travel as needed.
