Client Servicing Specialist

**Department** Robeco Switzerland is part of a Dutch asset manager with local offices in Switzerland. We are looking for a motivated team player to join our newly formed “Global Financial Institutions - Centre of Expertise” in Zurich. **Position & Requirements** **Main Responsibilities:** In this position, you will be responsible for satisfying the servicing and reporting needs of our large key globally focussed investors. * Onboarding of new clients * Answering client requests * Coordination of stakeholders * Main point of contact for client-related inquiries for internal & external stakeholders such as Robeco’s network of global sales offices, Global Financial Institutions and clients with specialised Investment Management Agreements (IMA) * Supporting Sales teams in operational matters * Coordinating operational activities involving multiple teams and stakeholders * Handle and respond to Requests for Information (RfI) * Assume AML & KYC/CDD responsibility for clients * Cash flow booking and monitoring * Contributing to, or owning internal projects **Requirements:** To facilitate this, you will require strong stakeholder management skills, a background in client facing roles, and a  collaborative/team mindset.
