Follow [Stewart](https://himalayas.app/companies/stewart) on [Facebook](Stewart\TitleCo>) @[Stewart](https://himalayas.app/companies/stewart)TitleCo, on [Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/stewarttitleco/) @[Stewart](https://himalayas.app/companies/stewart)TitleCo and on [LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/company/stewarttitle/) @[Stewart](https://himalayas.app/companies/stewart)Title ### **Job Description** ### Job Summary Signature Closers, part of the family of companies at [Stewart](https://himalayas.app/companies/stewart) Title, and the [Stewart](https://himalayas.app/companies/stewart) Signing Solutions group are is seeking a Client Technical Solutions Specialist who promotes [Stewart](https://himalayas.app/companies/stewart)’s digital/technical services and solutions through various sales and support activities designed to ensure customer success using established technical skills to maximize revenue, usage, and market share ### Job Responsibilities * Work with [Stewart](https://himalayas.app/companies/stewart)'s suite of signing solutions including NotaryCam, Signature Closers, [Stewart](https://himalayas.app/companies/stewart) Sign, and Signer's Choice to promote digital/technical services and solutions to [Stewart](https://himalayas.app/companies/stewart) clients. * Act as a liaison between clients’ technical teams and our internal IT department. * Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and business needs including product training. * Performs a range of assignments and may lead projects within own discipline. * Applies working knowledge of business and best practices gained through understanding of key business drivers and recognition of how own area integrates within organization. * Works within broad guidelines and polices to accomplish objectives and goals. * Solves moderately complex to complex problems and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgement and precedents. * Explains complex and/or sensitive information in a straightforward manner. * Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members. * Performs all other duties as assigned by management. * Individual contributor working with limited oversight. ### Education * Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred ### Experience * Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience * Experience creating, designing, and integrating technologies using new and existing development technologies, APIs, and database * Real estate, lending, or title experience preferred * ### Zapier, or similar, experience a plus.
