You can upload both documents in the CV/Resume section of the application._  **Responsibilities** **Clinical Services** * Provide detailed psychiatric evaluations incorporating a biopsychosocial history including risk assessment and recommendation for treatment.  * Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to patients using assessment tools to track patient progress and tailored intervention.  * Provide evaluations and evidence-based treatment for patients.  * Lead therapy groups.  * Assume responsibility for difficult and complex patients based on experience or area of expertise.  * Provide clinical supervision and continuing education seminars.  * Document services and activities per department standards and assist with program evaluation activities to track and analyze utilization and effectiveness of services.  **Multidisciplinary Collaboration** * Serve as a biopsychosocial expert in the multidisciplinary care team.  * Provide specialty consultation to other health care staff.  * Participate in community activities that promote health care.  * Share expert knowledge of community resources to coordinate transitions of care.  * Participate as a member of an inter- and intra-disciplinary team, including problem-solving, program planning, clinical care planning, and quality improvement.  **Education & Training** * Lead family and patient education.  * Serve as a practicum instructor or preceptor for graduate or undergraduate social work students.  * Conduct scholarly presentations to social work staff and participate in educational activities for staff and trainees of other disciplines.  **Required Education and Experience** * Master’s degree in Counseling and Guidance, Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or other related field.  * Six years of related experience providing direct clinical social work or behavioral health services to clients/patients in a clinical setting.
